MTV today unveiled that Alicia Keys, Karol G, DaBaby, Jack Harlow and Tate McRae will join the 2020 MTV EMAs performer lineup.

Additionally, American singer Madison Beer, Brazilian superstar Anitta, supermodel Winnie Harlow, WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns and former MTV EMA hosts Bebe Rexha and Rita Ora will make special appearances throughout the global music celebration airing on Monday, 9 November.

Madison Beer, Why Don’t We and 24kGoldn will kick off the celebration with performances in the “pre-game” show.

15-time GRAMMY award-winning artist/songwriter/musician/producer and New York Times bestselling author, Alicia Keys is performing in this year’s MTV EMAs following the September release of her highly anticipated seventh studio album ALICIA (via RCA Records). The album, which shows the many sides of Alicia, garnered her an 8th album to hit No. 1 on the Billboard Top R&B Album chart, Top 5 on Billboard 200, and the biggest first week sales for a female R&B artist in 2020.

Following the global success of his latest album Blame It On Baby, hip hop phenom DaBaby is performing in the MTV EMAs for the first time. He is also nominated for four MTV EMAs including “Best New”, “Best Hip Hop”, “Best Song” and “Best Collaboration” for his breakout hit “ROCKSTAR” featuring Roddy Ricch.

Multi-platinum and Latin GRAMMY winner, Karol G, who is nominated for “Best Collaboration” for her single “Tusa” with Nicki Minaj as well as “Best Latin,” “Best Video,” and local award category “Best Lat Am Central Act” is performing in the EMAs after releasing her highly anticipated single “Bichota.” A song that shares a calling for empowerment and inclusion for all.

On the heels of her EP all the things I never said, singer Tate McRae and two-time platinum “WHATS POPPIN” rapper Jack Harlow are making their debut in the EMAs and are both nominated in the category for “Best Push,” with Harlow nominated for “Best New” as well.

Alicia Keys, DaBaby, Karol G, Tate McRae, and Jack Harlow will join previously announced performers Sam Smith, Maluma, Doja Cat, YUNGBLUD, Zara Larsson, and show hosts Little Mix.

The MTV EMAs will be unlike any other as this celebration of global music is shot from multiple locations, including Hungary for the first time ever, and London. Fans will get an inside look at four iconic locations around the vibrant country of Hungary, the official partner of the 2020 MTV EMAs.
