All that matters is the entries for our April MasterChef Magic At Home competition are in and we have our winner! Taking home $200 in Coles vouchers is Rebecca Ho of Starcom and her beautiful Berry Mille Crepe Cake.
On the subject of the glorious pastry, Bec said, “I was meant to be exploring all the funky dessert places in Harajuku, Tokyo, and one of the must-eats on the list was Mille Crepe Cake. So, I decided to replicate it and pretend I was treating myself in Tokyo.”
An honourable mention is also in order for Jordan Hooper of Wavemaker and his 1930s Depression Era Emergency Cake for so eloquently capturing the sentiment of the times.
