The Project

About the Show

For the past 10 years, The Project has been providing Australian television viewers with their dose of “news delivered differently”. Six nights a week the program serves up thought-provoking news, current affairs, entertainment and comedy.

In its time on air, The Project and its presenters have collected an impressive eight TV Week Logie Awards and a Walkley Award, as well as numerous other awards and recognitions of achievement. This is just a small reflection of the impact the show has on people all over the country and the stories that spark conversations around the nation.

Just in time for The Project’s 10th anniversary, TV Week Gold Logie winner Carrie Bickmore returned from maternity leave to join Waleed Aly and Peter Helliar behind the desk.

In addition, journalist and seasoned television presenter Lisa Wilkinson continues to bring some big interviews to Sunday nights working alongside co-host Tommy Little on The Sunday Project.

The Project remains the most sought-after live television real-estate for comedians, movie stars, recording artists, authors and politicians to be seen, be heard and discuss the topics that have the whole country talking.

The Project continues to remain the best place on television to get your news delivered differently.
